This page contains the List of Admin Configuration Pages within the NeuCart Admin Area. This page lists the items with the same categorization that appears on the Admin Area's side menu.

Products and Coupons
- Products
- This page is used to configure products. This is where a store administrator will spend the most time.
- Product Images
- This page is used to upload and configure images that are displayed on product pages and on product list pages.
- Product Options Lists
- This page is used to configure options for products. For example, a list may contain the options "small", "medium", and "large".
- Product Notifications
- This page is used to send notifications to customers who want to receive notifications when a Coming Soon Product has become available.
- Categories
- This page is used to configure categories to which products belong.
- Product Groups
- This page allows the configuration of arbitrary "groups" of products. Currently, Product Groups are used only with Complex Coupon configuration.
- Coupons
- This page allows configuration of coupons/discounts that customers can use to reduce the cost of an order.
- Tag Categories
- This page allows configuration of Tag Categories, which are currently used to display columns in the Product Grid display.
- Tags
- This page allows configuration of Tags. Products can be "tagged" with any number of attributes. Currently these are used with Product Grids.
- Reporting Categories
- This page is used to configure reporting categories. Reporting Categories are used by customers who have specific categorization needs to match a third-party ledger system.
- Reporting Subcategories
- This page is used to configure subcategories. Similar to Reporting Categories, these Subcategories are used in exports.
Digital Product Settings
- Digital File Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to selling, uploading, and downloading Digital Products.
- Digital Files for Products
- This page is used to upload and configure the actual files that are delivered/downloaded after a product is purchased.
- Sample Music Files
- This page is used to upload audio tracks that customers can sample while shopping in your store.
- Product File Collections
- This page is used to configure groups of files that are downloadable after a single product is purchased. For example, a single product named "My MP3 Album" would link to a Product File Collection that is a collection of all the mp3s in the album.
- PDF Watermark Styles
- This page is used to configure the text and styling of watermarks as they appear on PDFs.
- Audio Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to audio samples. For example, the default volume is configured on this page.
- Albums
- This page is used to configure a NeuCart Album Player. An Album Player is used to display multiple audio tracks with links to purchase mp3s and PDFs directly from the album.
Display and Search Settings
- Display Prefs
- This page is used to configure general display settings like the default product list style, the product sort order, and more.
- Web Text
- This page is used to configure text and HTML that displays in your store. For example, headers and footers are configured here.
- Responsive CSS Layouts
- This page is used to configure the different types of layouts that a system uses. Typically, and by default, the layouts are Desktop, Tablet, and Phone.
- Responsive CSS Editor
- This page is used to configure styling when the store is using Responsive Design.
- CSS Editor (Legacy)
- This page is used to configure styling when the store is using the older browser-based styling (mobile/desktop divide).
- Product Block Layout
- This page is used to configure the order in which the text (name, price, add to cart link, etc.) of a product displays on a Product List Page.
- Search and Search Bar Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings that affect the behavior of customer product searches.
- Search Bar Links
- This page is used to configure the links that display in the store's search bar.
- Product Grids
- This page is used to configure the advanced grids that can be used to display products.
General Parameters
- Website and Server Prefs
- This page is used to configure some basic settings within the store, like the Time Zone of the server or the default title that displays in browser tabs.
- Customer Account Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to customers creating accounts during the shopping experience.
- Store Access
- This page is used to configure IP address that can and cannot access the store. It is also used to set the store into maintenance mode to prevent everyone from accessing it.
- Order Notification Prefs
- This page is used to configure the thank-you page and thank-you emails that customers see after a purchase is complete. This is also where store owners configure the email address to be notified of new sales.
- Tax Settings
- This page is used to configure any jurisdictions where taxes should be charged.
- International Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to internationalization, such as the default currency and default language.
- Text Translations
- This page is used to change the user-facing text.
- Languages Allowed
- NeuCart provides several languages for customers, but not all languages need to be allowed by your store. This page is used to determine which languages a store will allow.
Payment and Checkout Parameters
- Checkout Prefs
- This page is used to configure basic checkout settings, like the Checkout Type being used and if Coupons are allowed.
- Checkout Field Prefs
- This page is used to configure the fields that display during checkout.
- Payments Accepted
- This page is used to configure the types of payments accepted by the store.
- Credit Card Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to accepting Credit Card payments.
- PayPal Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to accepting PayPal payments.
- CC Refunds
- This page is used to perform refunds to credit cards even if no transaction occurred with the card. This is only supported by customers using Authorize.Net processing.
- Gift Card Types
- This page is used to configure settings for selling Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards
- This page is used to add (issue), delete, and modify Gift Card records.
Shipping/Delivery
- Shipping Prefs
- This page is used to configure the method of shipping used by the store.
- Delivery Prefs
- This page is used to configure delivery settings, if shipping settings are not being used.
- US Postal Service Prefs
- This page is used to configure shipping settings for the United States Postal Service.
- Canada Post Prefs
- This page is used to configure shipping settings for Canada Post.
- UPS Prefs
- This page is used to configure shipping settings for UPS.
- Countries
- This page is used to configure the list of countries that are available to customers when entering a shipping address.
- Delivery Locations
- This page is used by stores who use Delivery instead of Shipping. This allows users to select a town instead of entering the city/state/zip info.
Advanced Configuration
- Page Names
- This page is used to configure the actual names of the PHP files.
- Cart API Preferences
- This page is used to configure settings related to the Cart API.
- Cart API Configuration
- This page is used to configure the allowable entries for the Cart API.
- Google Product Feed
- This page is used to configure export settings for the Google Product Feed.
- URL Preferences
- This page is used to configure advanced settings related to the store's URLs.
- AJAX Domains
- This page is used to configure cross-domain settings for AJAX requests.
- MIME Types
- This page is used to configure MIME Types that are used in digital file downloads.
Customers and Partners
- Customers
- This page is used to access customer information.
- Customer Review Preferences
- This page is used to set options related to Customer Reviews.
- Customer Reviews
- This page is used to edit product reviews left by customers.
- Orders
- This page is used to mark orders as shipped and perform other order-specific functions.
- Marketing Partners
- This page is used to configure settings related to marketing partners and referral commissions.
Newsletters
- Newsletter Prefs
- This page is used to configure preferences relating to sending newsletters.
- Newsletters
- This page is used to manage and send newsletters to customers.
- Newsletter Groups
- This page is used to create arbitrary groups of customers who should receive newsletters.
Tools and Reports
- Import Data
- This page is used to import customers and products.
- Exports and Reports
- This page is used to create reports and generate exports.
- Link Creator
- This page is used to create links that allow products to be added to the cart. This is done only in advanced configurations.
- Bulk Image Converter
- This page is used to convert several images to the appropriate size for the store.
- Bulk Thumbnail Copier
- This page is used to copy one thumbnail image to overwrite the thumbnail for one or more other product images.
- Bulk Image Resizer
- NeuCart resizes images to have a consistent size that is not resized by browser rendering. If the image size is changed (because of store restyling, etc.), this page is used to resize the images to the new size.
- Top-Selling Items Report
- This page is used to view the top-selling items (all time) for your store.
- Low Stock Report
- This page is used to see which items have low quantities remaining.
- High-Use Coupons
- This page is used to see which coupons have been used the most.
- PayPal Payment Rate
- This page offers metrics related to PayPal payment conversions.
- PayPal IPN Repost
- This page is used to convert an IPN to a transaction in instances where PayPal failed to validate the IPN.
Administration
- Users
- This page allows configuration of administrative users.
- Configuration Menu
- This page allows the configuration menu itself to be configured.
- Configuration Checklist
- This page is used initially by the system to give administrators a checklist of tasks before going live.
- Configuration Quick Links
- This page is used to configure the "quick links" of the Admin Menu
- Configuration Prefs
- This page is used to configure settings related to configuration. For example, it sets default image size and the audio samples folder.
- Configuration Fields
- This page is used to configure defaults for certain configuration fields. For example, this allows a store to default all new products to "Active" by default.
