Order Notification Preferences
Order Notification Preferences is a configuration page in the admin area that allows a store owner to configure the Thank-You Page and Order Notification Emails, as well as other "notifications" that customers may receive, such as shipping and tracking emails.

Configuration
There are a number of configurable settings on this page; each option has its own help description displayed on the page. Some notable fields worth mentioning:
General Tab
- Order Number Format
- NeuCart supports three different types of order numbers. The default was originally just incrementing numbers. This format is not ideal because it allows customers to have an idea how busy the store is. NeuCart recommends the "NeuCart Order Format (Short)" format. (The NeuCart Short Format has been the default for new installations for years.)
- From Email Settings
- This is where the email address and name are configured for outgoing emails to customers, for order confirmation emails.
- From Email Address to Store
- This is the email address that "sends" notifications to store owner(s).
- Store Notification Email(s)
- This is the email address (or addresses) of the store owner, where notification emails are sent.
Email Format
This tab allows configuration of the plain-text emails that are sent by the store to customers.
HTML Email Format
This tab allows configuration of HTML Thank-You Emails. See HTML Thank-You Emails for more information.
Thank-You Page Format
This tab allows configuration of the Thank-You Page. See Thank-You Page for more information.
Shipping/Tracking
This tab includes settings that determine the email settings when [Send Tracking Info to Customer] is clicked from the orders page.

The samples page shows samples of how thank-you emails and the thank-you page will look, based on different conditions of the order.
