Overview

Shipping labels in NeuCart are not labels in the sense that multiple addresses will be printed on a sheet of stickers. Instead, a "label" in NeuCart is more similar to Amazon.com's return label or other prepaid labels from online retailers: NeuCart will generate the text as HTML that is designed to be printed from your browser, typically as a single sheet of paper.

Essentially, the configuration within Shipping Label Preferences allows a store owner to alter the styling and layout of the HTML that gets printed.

Output

The default output is to print:

  1. The label
  2. A thick black line
  3. A list of products on the order

Configuration

Like many parts of NeuCart configuration, the defaults within Shipping Label Preferences are designed to work out-of-the-box; configuration is only necessary for specific styling requirements.

Return Address
In the Return Address Text box, this is where the store's return address is configured. The style field allows CSS styling configuration.
Shipping Address
In the Shipping Address Text box, the default is configured to show the order number and the customer's address. The style field allows CSS styling.
Other Styles
The fields in this section allow for general styling of the label and the entire page.
