Admin Support Page
The Admin Support Page is a page in the Admin Area that allows the store owner to perform various tasks and view system status. This page was introduced in NeuCart Version 8.70; prior to that, much of the functionality on this page was available on the main admin page.

Access
This page is accessed by the "Support" link in the upper-right of the main menu.
Functions
The top of the page shows a [Show Twitter Feed] button; when pressed, the NeuCart Twitter Feed will be displayed, allowing the store owner to view any recent news about releases or other pertinent information. Below the Twitter button, there are five sections of the support page: System Logs, Software Versions, Software Change Log, Miscellaneous Admin Functions, and Contact NeuCart Support.
System Logs
While it is possible to view logs from here, this section of the page is primarily intended to be used to use the "rotate logs" function, which makes the current log file smaller. (When the primary log file gets too large, this can potentially affect some performance when logs are written.) The two logs that are monitored here are the System Log and the IPN Log.
Software Versions
This section of the page lists NeuCart's current software version and release date, as well as the current version of your system.
Software Change Log
This section of the page links to the Release History page on this wiki, to show changes to the software.
Miscellaneous Admin Functions
In this section of the page, a store owner can:
- Reset Cache. Especially useful for testing, this function will reset certain parameters that are held in memory, and reread those parameters from the database. In the case of the customer or cart, the cache is simply cleared out so that you may test as a new customer or begin a new shopping session.
- Rewrite .htaccess.
- Display technical information about the server. This can be useful for NeuCart Support to understand more about your system.

This section of the page lists contact information for getting help troubleshooting problems with your store.
