Added "advanced coupon" functionality, which includes the ability to configure coupons like:

Added coupon limits: a coupon can be configued so that it can be used only 10 times, for example.
Added coupon customer reset option: if a coupon is configured to allow one per customer, this option resets the the coupon to allow customers to use it again. This option was added for stores who offer the same discount multiple times throughout the year.
Added coupon "exclude" functionality: a coupon can now apply to all items in the transaction except specified products.
Added a per-product option to prevent coupons from applying to the product.
